Dr. and Mrs. M. J. Chakeres of Arlington Ave., have returned from Lima where he has been at tending a graduate optometric Seminar held at the Hotel Barr. Lecturer for the Jan. 21-22 Con ference was Dr. A. M. Skeffington, noted author, research authority, and Director of Education for the Optometric Extension Program, an international organization dedicat ed to the postgraduate education of sts. In pointing out to those in at tendance the latest developments and advances in optometry, Dr. Skeffington stressed the import ance of prevention in vision care— for child and adult.
