Services Held ForGeorge DollingerFuneral services were held today (Thursday) for George Dollinger, 87, who died at his home in Troy Monday, January 28, at 12:50 p.m.Mr. Dollinger was bom October 1, 186§, in Black Jack, the son of the late Christoph and Johanna Dollinger. He was a fanner and lived in the Black Jack community the majority of his life.In 1948 he retired from farming and the family moved to Troy.He served on the Black Jack School. board for 30 years.Survivors include his wife Maria A. Dollinger; a daughter, Marie of Troy; two sons, Irwin of Troy and Carl of Waukesha, Wisconsin; a brother, John of Troy and one niece. He was preceded in death by a son, Paul, who died in |935.Remains were at the Edwards Funeral Home in Troy until 12 o’clock Noon Thursday, then in state at Friedens E -and R' Church until 2 p.ta., when services were conducted. Rev. R. H. Mornhinweg, pastor of the church, officiated.Interment was In Friedens Cemetery. t
