Stroud have moved to the Mitzel House which was recently closed down and in consideration of the scarcity of houses and looms, have agreed to let the men continue to occupy the rooms on the upper floor. Mrs. Mifosel* feeling no longer able to do the work of the hotel since tye death of her daughter left her alone, decided to clone the hotel and visit her married sons and daughters for a time, so Beaverton again has but the one hotel. 1
