A combine of Idano Kaus and Roberts business leaders ‘Thursday disclosed plans for development of a west side water district embracing about 48,000 acres at a probable cost of ‘$6,000,000. ‘A score of land holders on the sweeping drylands on the west side in Bonneville and Jefferson counties in a meeting | here Wednesday night decided they would go ahead with plans of forming the West Side Water Development District.
