Ami! Weber, telegraph operator for the Wabash railroad at Buck Creek, died Saturday morning in St. Elizabeth’s hospital at Lafayette. He was taken ill on Sunday and removed to the hospital Monday, where pneu monia rapidly developed. His broth ers, John and Paul Weber, of Attica, were notified of his serious condition late Friday afternoon and went to his bedside at once and were with him when the end came Saturday morning at 6:30. He was a cousin of T. C. Weber of this township and spent some time here last summer. The funeral services were held at Attica Tuesday. If you have the goods to sell, (not to keep) let the people know it. Ad vertise it in the Republican.
