I. Wil liams, Martha Meeks, Silas Burgens, M. E. Burgess and W. L. Burgess, by an order of publication duly had and published as prescribed by law and upon exhibits filed with said bill and was argued by plaintif’s counsel, and it ap pearing to the court that thie ‘suit 17 fully matured as the said defendants, it is therefore adjudged and “decreed that this cause be and the same is here by referred to G.
