Wants To Wind Up Soda Fountain Supply Business. Joseph Gilden instituted suit in the Circuit Court yesterday against his busi ness partners, Isaac Yoniger and David Rodman, for the appointment of a receiver to wind up the business conducted by them as the Baltimore Soda Fountain Supply Company. The bill of complaint, filed by Charles Lee Merriken, attorney, states that the partnership was formed in September, 1905. It alleges that irreconcilable differences have arisen between Mr. Gilden and his partners and it is to the interest of all of them and their creditors to dissolve the partnership. An order signed by Judge Elliott requires cause to be shown by Feb ruary 11 why Mr. Merriken should not be appointed receiver of the company.
