Now, therefore, by order of said court, gai defendanes last above named are hereby not fied of the filing and pendency of said can plaint against them. and that unless they a pear anddauser or demur thereto, at the ea ing of said cause on the 22d day of May, 1993, t same being the 21th judicial day of a term, sach court, to be begun and held at the cow house in Bloomfield on the ith Monday April, 1882, said complaint, and the matte ast things therein contained and allege will be heard and determined in their a sence.
