ILast Monday morning about 10 o’clock, Walker Kilgore, aged twenty, shot hie cousin, **DowM Willingham, once in the face and once in the shoulder with bird shot, Willingham dying in the course of a few hours, Willingham, before he died, says Kilgore laid in wait and shot him* Kilgore says Willingham was coming toward him with a pistol when he shot him in self defense. The trouble was about some fodder. The grand jury, now in session, will investigate.
