Sewards Give Dinner For Cecil HughesMr. and. Mrs. George Seward gave a farewell dinner party Tuesday evening for Cecil Hughes who leaves in a short while to engage In defense work “somewhere in the Pacific,” He has been employed at the navy yard,Besides Mr. and Mrs. Seward and daughter, Sandra, and Cecil Hughes, there were Cecil’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Quinn Hughes; his brother, Francis Hughes, and wife; his grandfather, J. A. Seward of CalpeUa; his sister, Mrs. Naomi Ulvlla and her little son, Terry, of Spy Bock; Jim Branscomb and Floyd Robertson, the latter of Cal-pella.
