Partial Findings Will Be Made, Weichel Says. The grand jury expects to give a partial report. Im common pleas court Monday, Prosecutor Alvin I. Weichel announced Wednesday. After a two and a half day ses sion grand jurore adjourned Wednes day noon. it was learned from good author ity that the second degree murder charges against Earl 2B. Avery, Birmingham, which followed the death of William Lambert, were not probed at this session. The investigation of the case has not been completed, it is said. Avery is said to have struck Lam bert as an outgrowth of Lambert's alleged previous attentions to Mrs. Avery. In all some 26 cases have been before the jury, Welcher will go to Columbus Thursday to attend the meeting of county prosecutors and will devote the rest of the week to the prep aration of Indictments and other do cuments for the grand jury. Criminal trials will start at once, following the report. ASKING NEW TRIAL Formal! motion for a new trial was filed Wednesday a common pleas court In the $10,700 suit of Anna Arend against Dr. J. AL.
