Mrs. Elizabeth Lind, 89 yearn of age, and one of the earliest settler* of Polk county, died at her home on Friday afternoon. She is survived by seven sons, Alex, Albert, William, Henry, Emil, John and Charles, and I two daughters, Mrs. J. A. Gabriel-son and Mrs. A. T. Carlson. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the residence and the Swede Plain church. Burial was made at Polk cemetery. Her husband died twelve years ago.
