Daring: the progress of the j Ramsey trial in Rome last week, M. B. Eubanks, a well, known member of tbe Rome bar, forgot himself and iaogbed so loud at a fanny incident which took place that Judge Henry fined him $5. The canse of Mr. Eubanks' merry outburst cf laughter, was Holici-tor. Mosee Wright, who told something so fanny that it brought forth a smile from some of the most dignified members ofthe court.
