NOTICE TOJTAXPAYERS.Assessment Act and Provincial Revenue Tax Act Rock Creek Division of Yale District.Notice is heiieiiy uiven in accoh:dance with the .statutes that Provincial Rovunua Tax, and nil other Taxes levied under the Assessment Act, are now due for fhd year 189S. All the above taxes collectable within thoRock Creek Divison of Yale District,arc payable at my office at Osoyoos, Yale District.Assessed taxes aio collectable at the following rates, viz:If Paid on or Before June 30tb, 1898,Three-fifths of one per cent, on real property.Two and one-half tier cent, on assessed value of wild land. 1One half of one per cent, on personal property.On so much of the income of any person as exceeds one thousand dollars, the following rates, namely; Upon such excess of income, when the snide is not more than ten thousand dollars, one per cent; when such excess is over ten thousand dollars and not more than twenty thousand dollars, one and one* quarter of one per cent.; when such exec's is over twenty thousand dollars, one and one-half of one per cent.If Paid After July 1st, 1898.Four-dfths of one per cent, on real property.Three per cent, on tho assessed value of wild land.
