Owners of undocumented motor boats throughout the state of Flor ida are vitally affected by the pas sage of Section 210 of the Anti- Smuggling Act of August 5, 1935, as all boats owned in Florida which are now identified by a V-number are to be renumbered, be with 18A1, 18A2, and so on. These numbers will be assigned by the Collector of Customs, at Tampa, Florida, who will also issue a cer ificate awarding such number, without cost to the owner of the vesse).
