U. C. Hale, Robert Savage and Lewis Hutson.Mias Lucile Savage spent Sunday afternoon with Miss Addis Griffeth.Mr. and Mrs. H. W. S. Stringer spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. C. M. CrookMrs. Samantha James was laid to rest at this place Thursday afternoon. She is survived by onoe sister, Mn Lee Marlowe, one son and daughter, Mr. W. C. James of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Dora Crook. The service was conducted by Rev. A. J. Johnson. The bereaved family have our deepest sympathy.The little infant of Mr. Charlie McIntyre was buried here Monday a. in.Miss Gaynelle Crook was the dinner guest of Miss Louise Breazeale, Sunday.Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Buffington and Miss Mae Usher spent Thursday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Crook.Mr. Dave Jackson spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Griffeth and family.Mrs. W. C. James was the Sunday guest of Mrs. Ruth Langford of Dry Pond.
