Capt. H. Mulzac We have the honor to congratu late Capt. H. Mulzac, of 1826 Mc Culloh street, who on January 25, 1921, passed his examination in record time before thenited States steamboat inspector, and has received his master's unlimit ed license of all oceans and any tonnage. Capt. Mulzac is appoint ed by the oficials of the Black tar Line to take the first ship over to Africa.
