Saturday morning between two and three o'clock the house in Swan sea owned by Mr. M. J. Rucker and occupied by Mr. E. 0. Limmer was found to be on fire. The flames spread so rapidly that almost all of Mr. Limmer's household effects were consumed, the family having barely time to escape. Mr. Rucker’s loss amounts to about $1,600 with insur ance of $1,090. Mr. Limmer's loss is $800 with $150 insurance. The origin of the fire is unknown.
