SENT TO CHERRY HILL.Michael Joyce Will Serve Two and aHalf Years in Jail.fThe case of Michael Joyce, of thin city, who a couple of months ago drew a revolver during a trial of a case in Alderman Larrett’s office, and shot and wounded Maud Cahden, of West. Pittston, was called in court this morning before Judge Halsey for trial. The charge was felonious wounding and carrying concealed weapons. When the case was \lled the prisoner, on the advice of counsel, M. N. Donnelly, decided to plead guilty and throw himself on the mercy of the court. This he did, and he was immediately sentenced by * lie court to undergo imprisonment tor two years and six months in the eastern penitentiary.
