Kiefer, et al, were defendants, wherein and whereby I am commanded to make the sum of sixtoen hundred and fifty-six dollars and seventy-five cents ($1,G50.75), including costs and expenses of suit, the amount of a certain judgment and decree recoveued against the said Benjamin F. Kiefer and Frank D. Kiefer, and in favor lt;f the said Orson Adams, Jr., in a certain action of foreclosure pending in said county court, out of the lands, tenements, goods and chattels of the paid Benjamin F. Kiefer and Frank D. Kiefer, which said judgment, interest and costs were Ijy said court declared a lien upon the following described property, towit:—East half (el-2) of the south-east quarter (b el-4) of the south-west quarter (s wl-1) and the north-west quarter (n wl-4) of the south-west quarter (s wl-4) of the southwest quarter (s wl-4), all in Section Six (G), in Township One. (1), north of Range Two (2), west of the Tte meridian, in the County of Mesa and the State of Colorado, containing thirty (.'50) acres of land, with stock of the Grand Valley Irrigation company, representing an equivalent to nine and three-eighths (0 .5-8) statute inches of water attached to and used upon said laml for irrigation purposes.Therefore, according to the command of said writ so issued to me by the said clerk of the county court of Mesa county, Colorado, I have levied upon the above described property and water rights, and shall expose tor sale at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title and inter est of the above named Benjamin F. Kiefer and Frank I). Kiefer in and to the above described lands and water rights, on Saturday. the ninth (9ih) day of February, A. I).
