Sol* of TV Station OKdThe Federal Communications Committee Wednesday approved the sale of KJVA-TV of Farmington to a group of Houston investors headed by John R. Catsis. Former owner is Gerald R. Proctor who built the station in 1972.Catsis says the actual transfer of ownership will be effected within two to three weeks.Under the new management, KIVA will have a full news deportment with two full-timenews reporters, according to Catsis who will become general manager.
