ofRestoration bomber under wayThe Museum of Aviation Group which will be at the Dal-las-Fort Worth Airport, headed by John Irons, president, has acquired loan of the B-36 bomber from the Air Force which is now parked at Greater Southwest Airport from the Air Force.The group has tentative plans to disassemble the old bomber and haul it overland to the new museum site -The purpose of restoring the plane is to allow generations of today and the future see this giant bomber that never fired a shot in anger.
