Was tilled with water today for the first time. The inlet pipe throws a stream of but an itlch and a half and it is a slow job to till tho large reservoir. A better fiow of water could be secured by tapping the main in Ohio street but as the pipes are on the south side of the street, the cost would be so great that the association does not feel justified in doing so.
