CHECK HELPS SAVE TREESDonation of $500 to purchase greenhouse for Orcutt Ranch Park is presented to Los Angeles City Recreation ancl Park Commission by Save Orcutt Community Organization. Donation merited plaque of appreciation from Park Commission. Exchanging check for plaque, from left, are ErwinWilliams, supervisor of horticulture for Parks Dept.; Helen Treend, president of Saxe Orcutt Community Organization; Patricia A. Delaney, president of Park Commission, and Nancy W'oogerd, secretary of Save Orcutt group. Mrs. Treend said money will prevent destruction of trees.
