In his collection is a complete file of the Lake county Citizen issued first in 1859. He has several issues of Lake county and ; Milwaukee papers containing accounts *)f the great Chicago fire in 1871. He has also*issues of the Patriot containing stories of the political campaigns in the early days of Lake county politics.
