Fight Oyer the Spoil*.Chicago, Jan. JJ6. —Three men robbed John ThomaB of his. pocket book at the j corner of Jefferson and Madison streets at 6:80 p. m. They ran half a block away and. quarreled over the proceeds,E. J, Marrion, one of the robbers, shot one of his companions, Frank Brown, in ; the throat, inflicting a fatal wound, Marrion was captured and from papers on his person the police are led to believe that he is one of the gang that stole $12,000 worth of diamonds at Dayton, 0., recently. The third robber escaped. _
