M. the real estate lying in Harrison Co. Ind., descibed as follows, to wit. All bat part of sections eight and seventeen in township five Sonth ang range four east lying west of the lane running through said tiits, and not purchased at a former sale made by the undersigned administrator to Wilford Melton, on the 11th day of July, 1863; said tracts are described as follows: to wit: Beginning at the east bondary of said cession,and running north wine and a half degrees north two-third of the line; west of the south west quarter of section eight to a rock, thence north eighty-four de grees east one hundred and nineteen poles to a rock, thence onth nine and a ‘half degrees east one hundred and seven and a half poles th a rock on the section line, thence on the ‘hveighty-Two poles to a rock in the ranch to the west line of section seventeen, thence north by said sec tion line to the place of beginning. One third of the purchase money in hand; one third in six months; one third in twelve months from the day of sale, the pur chaser giving his rates for the defered pay ments with freshold survey waiving all benefit from appraisement laws, and drawing six per cent interest from the dates thereof.
