Dunn, administrator de bonis non, with the will annexed, of Nathaniel Wallace, deCd, vs. John Coring, Jo?iah Settle, Mary Ann Settle and Artie tcan Hay*, who are impleaded with V\ i Ilium B. Buterand others.••• In Chancery.BE it remembered, that on this day the said complainant,Bled here, in the Cleik’s office of said Court, hii Bill of Complaint, and also the affidavit of a disinterested person, setting forth and stating therein that said John Loring, Josiah Settle, Mary Ann Settle and American Hays, are not at this time residents of the tate of Indiana.The said John Loring, Josiah Settle, Mary Ann Settle and American Hays, are therefore hereby notified of the pendency of said bill, and that unless they and each of them appear before the Judge of said court, on the first day of the next term thereof, to be holdcn at the Court House in Madison, in said County and State, either by themselves or counsel, enter their appearance herein, and plead, answer or demur to said bill, the matters and things therein contained will be taken as confessed by them, and heard and determined in their absence.Uiten under my hand anti -the seal of ^ Court,at Madison, this 12th daylt; seal i of January, A D 1848.JNO.
