Executor's Bale.IN pursuance uf an orderroido by the Court of Common Pleas of Brown cunniy, Ohio, at their Inst October term, llieunderaigned will sell, on the premises, on the 27»h duy of February 1*4 I, between Hie hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M , the following land and real eatasn lying in Brown county aforesaid, on the waters of Siraigbt-creek, described ns follows;—Beginning at a atone set in Mrs Moore’s line; ihenre west 105* poles, crossing the jpring-run at 4 poles, to a stake aud two dug wood*. Ja-cob Suideri corner, thence with Pindalls line south, U west, 115 poles to a white-oak marked wnh the letter D- a corner of Daniel Morgana on the line of Lunsfords survey; thence with a linn of Luna-forda aurssy south, 89 east, 108 poles to a stone and leaning whiteoek, Mrs. Moore’s coiner in said line, thence with Mrs. Moore’s line north. 14 east, 118 poles to the beginning—containing 77 acreg, 2 mods and 30 poles, part of a survey of 550 acre* made in the name of John Brown, by No. 49G4.
