Ralph Cowan Will Speak Against Trudeau 's Omnibus Justice BillRalph Cowan. Graham Scott.The meeting is sponsored by the Magna Carta Committee, an organization that claims Justice Minister Trudeau's bill will, if enacted, tear apart the principles of the Magna Carta and 1 the Canadian Bitt of Rights.
