MILLIGAN RAY WAGNER. #44. NATIVE OF COLLIN COUNTY, RECEIVED FATAL INJURIES. MONDAY NIGHT WHEN CAR SKIDS ON ICE-COVERED ROADS; waS PATIENT IN McKINNEY CITY HOS Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon for Milligan Ray Wagner, 44, of near Weston, who died at 6 am. Wednesday in the McKinney City Hospital from injuries receives in an automobile accident just West of Van Alstyre Monday night. An ice-covered road was given as the cause of the acci dent. Service were held at the Coff man Cemetery near Weaton, with burial in Coffman Cemetery. The accident occurred Monday night when Mr. and Mrs Wag ner and son, K. G., and Roy Craghead, Jr... were riding in Mrs. Wagner's car,which skul tled and missed the bridge just West of Van. Alstyne, landing upside down in the creek bed. The injured were rushed to the tech City Hospital, where Mr. Wagner was beloved fast un covering. He was removed to his home. However, late Tuesday night he became suddenly il and was again rushed to the hospi tal here, where he died as he was being placed on the operat ing table. Mrs. Wagner is in the local hospital, suffering from an in jured tack. Neither K. G. Wag ner nor Mr. Craghead were in jure enough to warrant hospital treatment. Mr. Wagner was born Nov. 4, 188$, in Valdosta,, this county. He had five in the community between Warden and Weston for forty-two years. He was twice marriad, his second marriage be ing to Ive Rickman August 71, Tiss. Surviving are His wife, two sons, Douglas and K. G. Wag ner, who are, enlisted in the T. S. Navy, and his mother, Mra Sallie Wagner of near Weston.
