The body matter of the proceedings to be set in long prim-ier solid or brevier leaded, and olutions, reports of committees, and index in nonpareil leaded or brevier solid. No leads thicker than six to pica shalf be used. Said Journal shall contain, in addition to the proceedings of the Board, the statistical table, the grand jury list, fees of officers, terms of court directory of court officers, and tabular statement of votes cast in the election of 1911, with cover substantially the same as used in the Journal of 1910. Journal to be completed and ready for delivery March 1st, 1912. A penalty of five dollars shall be imposed for each and every day’s delay in the delivery of said Journal after March 15, 1912 which penalty shall be deducted from the contract price of printing.
