The death roll in Holt and Cherry counties during the storm foots up to sixteen. One case is reported where a yonng teacher was frozen. so as to lose both legs and three little ones died in her arms. They were within a hundred feet of shelter, could they but have known it and the direction to take to find it. A woman returning from the funeral of one of her child roil was caught in the storm, in which her remaining child was frozen to death, and she wasnearly so. - [Ex.
