A great number are badly frozen and others may die.From Fall© City we learn that Randolph M. Hanna while intoxicated attempted to reach his home in the country during the storm, had his hands so badly frozen that amputation was necessary. His attorney has brought suit for $5,000 against N. Fauth, the saloon keeper.
