Henderson guardian ad litem, and o-Ihers, Defendants, jURSUANT to (lie decree rendered in the above named suit, on the 14th day of November, 1833, bv the county court of Loudoun, I shall, on Thursday, the 20th day of February next, on the premises, proceed to sell, at public sale, all the interest of my above named infant children, in theTRACT OF LAND.•Situated in the county of Loudoun, on which tract Ludwell Luckett, Esq. now resides.—Said land adjoins the farm on which the late William Bronaugh, sen. deceased, resided, and is about a mile from the small village called Union.This interest will be sold to the highest bidder, upon a credit of 12 months; the purchaser to give bond, with good security, for the payment of the purchase money.'
