Jose de Campos, Dean of School of Business at the Institute of Porta Alegra, was made an honorary member of Alpha Phi Omega by the National Executive Board. The certificate of his position was received yesterday signed by the national president and secretary.De Campos is returning to Brazil to form an organization similar to Alpha Phi Omega. The group can not affiliate with Alpha Phi Omega until the fraternity has right to become an international organiza-! tion. * I
