TO THE INDIGENT, DEAF ANDDUMB.As Commissioner for the above unfortunate class of persons, 1 hereby give notice, that I shall 'oe prepared to accompany them to the American Asylum, at Hartford, Conn., by the 21st April next. Applicants for this charily must be between the ages of 12 and 25. Their applications should be made to me at this place, (by letter or otherwise,) by the 1st of April, and should be accompanied by a certificate from theJustices of I lie Inferior Court of the countv•in which each may inside, that he or she is a citizen of the State of Georgia, und too poor to defray the expenses of his or herown education*The friends of such unfortunate personsare requested to mnvev hem to my residence m Clinton, Junes county, by the 19th of April next.JESSE II.
