SalePy order of the Court of Ordinary.OTSl 28th instant, beforethe Court House in Georgetown, will be sold,ALL that piece, parcel, or tract of Land, situated on Pee Dee, whereon Thomas Batesresided at the time of bis death, containing four hundred and fifty acres, granted to Mary Drake, in 1732, bounded 011 the South and West, by lands of John J. Pringle, on the ISorth, by lands of Davison M’Dowall, and on the East, by Great Pee Dee River. To be sold as the property of the Estate of Thomas Pates, deceased, for the purpose of making a division among the heirs at law.Conditions—One-fourth of the purchase money in cash, and the balance in four equal annual instalments, giving bond to the Ordinary, bearing interest from the day of sale, with approved personal security, and a mortgage of the property.SAMUEL KIRTON, S.
