State ok Ai.ahama--Iumeston;?Probate Court, Dec. 17, 1807.This day came John Turrentine, administrator of the estate of Anion B.t.f. lt;Murrah, decerned, and tiled in tliis Court a petition, in writing, and under oath, setting forth that lie holds as said administrator, a debt against the estate of L. K. Murrah deceased, which it of a had or doubtful character, and that it would la* to the interest of the estate of the said Amos B. Murrah to compromise the same, and prays an order from this Court, authorizing him to make said compromise with the administrator of said estate of h K. Murrah, deceased.
