WhereTheWaters MingleBy MARY HIREIf a bill introduced in the WestVirginia State legislatureThursday by Sen Randall A Taylor (D-Mason) is made into a law, this state will sure b*- a modest one, and it won’t do anyof the manufacturers any good to try and sell topless dresses or bathing suits in this state.Senator Taylor introduced a “nudist” bill which would make It unlawful to undress in the presence of others, so if you go to take a bath, be sure youdon’t forget the soap or towelbefore you undress and jump in the bathtub, because you can* V*not call for help if this law goesinto effect.One lady told me she wasquite concerned about the bill because of the poor little children who would not be able to have a bath until they are old enough to undress and bathe themselves, since the tail sayswit will be unlawful to undressin front of others.One man told me that he was wondering just how the evidence is going to tie sought to see if a man and wife undress in the same room.
