A suspected bomb factory Thursday turned out to be a legit imate fireworks manufacturing plant. Willow Springs police, through a tip, raided a farm belonging to Matt De Rosi, 113th ft. and Central ave., Mt. Greenwood, finding caps and explosives. The farm, it was learned, is headquarters, for the manu facture and sale of fireworks used in Italian fiestas. Suspect seized was freed.
