I(Jan. 22-Feb. 26)NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE. 1WHEREAS, Default has been made 1in the conditions, terms and payment j of the sum of Four Hundred Twelve | and 50-100 (412.50) Dollars, interest ; upon a certain mortgage for the sum of Fifteen Thousand (15,000.) Dollars, and extension agreement hereinafter referred to, which said mortgage was duly executed and delivered by John Luckhardt; also known as John Luckhart; and Theresa Luckhardt, his wife, mortgagors, to Bankers Life Company, a Corporation of Des Moines, Iowa, mortgagee; bear- j ing date of the 3rd day of February, 1925, with Power of Sale therein con- i tained, which said mortgage was duly j recorded in the office of the Register ; of Deeds of the County of Redwood and State of Minnesota on the 4th ! day of March, 1925, at 8:45 o’clock A. M., in Book -87- of Mortgages on Page 319:AND, WHEREAS the payment of the principal note secured by said mortgage was extended by a written extension agreement executed by John Luckhardt and Theresa Luckhardt, his wife, on the 1st day of March, 1930, and by reason of said extension agreement, and the terms thereof, the interest on said mortgage was increased from five to five and one-half per cent, and said extension agreement having been duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Redwood and State of Minnesota on the 23rd day of April, 1930, at 9:05 o’clock A. M., in Book -101- of Mortgages on Page -87-, and, no proceeding having been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said mortgage or any part thereof:AND, WHERAS pursuant to theterms of said mortgage, the said I mortgagee has declared the full * amount of said mortgage due and 1 “ payable and said mortgagee has paid | on the 7th day of January, 1931, the-C1929 taxes, levied against the premis es described in said mortgage, in the d sum of Two Hundred Twenty and 40- i ^ 100 (220.40) DOLLARS, and there ; -i 1being due and claimed to be due at i the date of this notice the sum of L Sixteen Thousand Thirty-three and i 68-100 (16,033.68) DOLLARS:NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in said mortgage and pursuant to the statut- j es in such case made and provided the said mortgage will be foreclosed by sale of the premises described in said mortgage, to-wit:The Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-six (26), and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-Seven (27), all in Township One Hundred Ten (110), North, Range Thirty-five (35), West ofthe 5th P. M. containing two hundred forty (240), acres, Redwood County, Minnesota; with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto; which sale will be made by the Sheriff of said Redwood County at the front door of the Court House in the City of Redwood Falls, in said County and State on Friday, the 6th day of March, 1931, at ten o’clock A.
