Notice is hereby given that by vir tue of an order of the District Court o Polk County, Nebraska, made and entered on the 17th day of Decem ber, 1919, in a proceeding pending in said Court to partition the real estate hereinafter described in which Swan W. Peterson is the plaintiff and Lawrence G. Peterson, Oscar A. Peterson, Doris Peterson, Amelia V. Peterson, Ruth Peterson, Harry R Peterson, Carl J. Peterson, Kilmer KE. Peterson, and Robert Gustafson are defendants the undersigned referee duly ap pointed by said court, will on th 9th day of February, 1920, at tw o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the South front door of the Cou House in the City of Osceola, Polk County, Nebraska, fell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described tea estate, town: The southeast quar ter of section 28, township 14 north range 4 west of the 6th, P. M. in Polk county, Nebraska, and the north half and the southeast quar ter of the northest quarter of sec tion 382, township 14 north, range. west of the 6th P. M. in Polk Coun ty, Nebraska. The above mentioned real estat es to be sold on the following terms, 10 per et. of purchase price to be pair on the day of sale and 5 per cent of. day sale is confirmed and the bal ance on March 1st, 1920, complete possession is to be given of the North Half and the Southeast Quar ter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 14 North. Range 3 West of the 6th P. M. in Polk County, Nebraska, on March 1st, 1920,and possession of the South east Quarter of Section 28, Town ship 14 North, Range 4 West of the 6th P. M. in Polk County, Nebraska, to be given March 1st, 1920, subject to the lease of Elmer EB. Peterson which will expire March 1st, 1921. 43 acres of growing wheat located on the North Half and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quartwr of Section 82, Township 14 North. Range 3, West of the 6th, P. M. it. ‘Polk County, ‘Nebraska, will go to the ‘purchaser of the land.
