Cecil, deceased, was filed and approved Claim of Hubbard and Bron., vs. the estate of Thomas Perry, deceased, was filed Order for sale of the personal property of Thomas J. Perry, deceased, was tied. First and final account of Henry Wood war and George Woodward, administra tors of R. DL. Woodward, deceased was passed. Inventory of the personal estate of Joan D. Wilkinson, deceased, was filed and passed. Second account of Theo. 8. Corner, guardian to Frank Mezick, was passed. Claim of Daniel Caulk vs. real estate of Hester Ann Ridout, was filed. Claim of Owen A. Disney, vs. the real estate of Wilson Disney, deceased, was filed. I. S. Ridout, vs. the estate of Hester A. Ridout, deceased, was filed. Account of sales of personal estate of Theo, A Shipley, was ratified by Court. The claim of Dr. B. A. Carr vs. the es tate of Wm E Sunderland, was filed. Notice to creditors were granted to Mary E Redmond in the real estate of Elizabeth Burton, deceased. The Court also granted notice to credi tors to M. Bannon, executor of Julius D. Cecil, deceased. The appraisers of the personal proper ty of Nestor Ann Ridout, deceased, was presented to the Court which amounted to $102,213.30. ‘This is the largest inven tory submitted to the Court within the past year. After passing a number of other claims and accounts the Court adjourned to meet on Jan 29
