In short, fees for services are based upon one’s ability to pay.Retiring from the Board of Directors in January were Mrs. Joseph Crosby of Roachdale and Mrs. Russell Dozer, Judge Francis Hamilton, Dr. Fred Haggerty, Thomas Tappan, John Vermillion and Mrs. Alva Wood, allofGreencastle.The newly elected board members who will retire in Jan. of 1977 are Mrs. Howard Rockhill, Cletus Suit, and Roger Newnum, all of Green-castle; Mrs. Howard Keller of Belle Union; Mrs. Sam Hostetterof Roachdale; Mrs. David Lane of Brick Chapel and Mrs. W'illiam Leon Arnold of Fillmore.Board members who will retire next year are Clair Albin, Mrs. John Bergen, James Hammond, Dr. James Johnson and William Mck. Wright, all of Greencastle and the Rev. Edward Curtice ofCloverdale.The remaining board members of the local Center are Mrs. Norman Evens of Bain-bridge and the Rev. Morris Finch, Mrs. Charles Rector, the Rev. Elgin Smith, Keith Kauble, Ward Mayhall and Rex Rector, all of Greencastle.
