Stafford Parker, 21, and Sam uel Cardwell, 23, both of Hamil ton, were bound to the Butler County grand jury, each on $2,500 bond today in Criminal Court of Judge Alton Combs. The two men were removed to the County Jail by Detectives Her bert Frazier and Roy Crout. They were apprehended in Cincinnati Thursday by detectives of that city, attempting to pawn articles stolen from the Armco Colored Center Monday night, it was re ported. The two were returned to Mid dletown by Detective Captain Ralph Bauer, and John Fitz gerald and Paul Foutz, detectives. The break-in was detected by Hugh Parker, director of the Cen ter, when he opened the building on Tuesday and noticed a window on the south side had been broken. A desk and wardrobe had been pried open and ransacked. Bauer said Caldwell and Parker admitted the burglary and told officers they threw a safe taken from the Center into Four Mile Creek near Hamilton. Affidavits charging the two men with burg lary and larceny were signed by Bauer.
