Theological Seminary, Hew York, in 1889-, graduating in .13*92.. lie was ordained deacon thtesame year in .St. Philip’s church, New 'York.- Oai Sunday, January 15, in St. John’s church, Washington, was advanced to the Priesthood by the Bishop of New Y ork, having accepted a-call to St. Thomas’ church, Philadelphia, the oldest Afro-American congregation in this countrv.
