We are informed that Geo. Scherer of the town of Sigel has bought the Affolter farm, which lies one half mile west of Amboy, Blue Elt;rtl county, for $5,800. The Public Spirit say.-this is one of the most desirable locations in Blue Earth county. Mr. Scherer will put up a cheese factory the coming season, for which the location is admirably adapted. We are sorry to lose Mr. Scheter from our midst, but he has long been on the lookout for a place where he could go into the manufacture of cheese on a more extensive scale.
