Overton deceased, in his lifetime, dati ed the 27th day of August 18G2, convoying the following described tracts of land situated in Putnam c junty, Missouri, to-wit-The westhalf o| the north east quarter and the south half'of the north west quarter, and the north half of the south west quarter of section number 33 thirty three, in township number 67 of r nge nurhber twenty-one, and to subject said lardi to the payment of a note given by said James M.
