LOGAN—Charged under a city ordinance with operating a motor vehicle while in a state of intoxi cation. Aaron Norris, 49, Logan, has been fined $100 and costs in the court of Mayor Floyd Duffy. Also filed by city police was an affidavit charging Norris with driving without a license. He was fined $5 and costs on the latter charge.
